We are on the lookout for a seasoned ActiveCampaign Specialist to enhance our email marketing strategies and visual content efforts. Core Responsibilities:
* Email Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns. Configure automations, forms, and tags using ActiveCampaign or comparable platforms.
* Content Development: Design eye-catching banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials using Canva, ensuring they align with our brand identity.
* Social Media Management: Write captivating captions, share interactive posts, and engage with the community to build a stronger connection.
* Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues to refine content for promotions, updates, and events, ensuring consistency with our mission and values.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience working with ActiveCampaign or similar email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
* Expertise in Canva for producing polished and on-brand visuals.
* Demonstrated success in email marketing and digital content creation.
* High attention to detail, ensuring campaigns and visuals are error-free.
* Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic settings.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bonus Skills:
* Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Vid) to create engaging short-form videos with subtitles for social media.
* Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns, particularly in wellness or related fields.
* Background knowledge in practices like sound healing, Reiki, or similar wellness philosophies (a plus but not mandatory).
Preferred Experience:
* Demonstrated success in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
* Previous roles managing campaigns in yoga, wellness, or allied industries are highly desirable but not essential.
* A consistent record of long-term roles in virtual assistant or similar positions reflects stability and reliability.
