Active Campaign and Automations Specialist VA

We’re an online education company dedicated to empowering people to become smarter with their money, and we’re looking for a highly skilled ActiveCampaign & Automation Specialist VA to manage and optimize our email marketing and automation workflows.

You’ll be responsible for supporting our ActiveCampaign and Marketing Team ensuring our automations run smoothly, integrating tools seamlessly, and improving efficiency across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, troubleshoot, and optimize ActiveCampaign automations and workflows.
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot integrations using Zapier and Make.com to streamline processes.
- Ensure automations align with business goals and the overall strategy of our mailing list.
- Troubleshoot and refine existing automations for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure automations enhance customer experience and business operations.

Required Skills & Tools:
- Advanced expertise in ActiveCampaign, Zapier, and Make.com (this is a must).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows.
- Strategic thinking—able to see how automations fit into the bigger picture.
- Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot automation issues efficiently.
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
