Acquisition Specialist / Real Estate Closers for Property Sellers

HYPR Service, an outsourcing company, is actively looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant who is qualified for an Acquisitions Specialist role. A real estate acquisitions specialist is responsible for property acquisitions, generally pursuing existing properties for investment companies, real estate investment firms or sponsors. They find, analyze, negotiate, and process the purchase of investments or commercial real estate or residential real estate properties. They also prepare financial and legal documents, investment reports, and paperwork for the benefit of the sale and act as an intermediary between buyers, attorneys, and sellers to ensure a smooth transaction.

Position: Acquisition Specialist
Rate: Negotiable ($8-10/hr) + commissions (may depend on the client)
Schedule: US Business Hours (EST, CST, MST, PST)
Location: Remote

Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year experience as an Acquisition Specialist for a US-based Real Estate Company
Excellent English communication skills
Complete home office setup: computer, wired internet, headset, webcam

Responsibilities:
Respond to leads promptly to drive business growth.
Build rapport with prospects and clients, overcoming objections to close deals.
Manage leads and follow up using CRM tools until deals are closed.
Conduct property value assessments and market research.
Prepare necessary documentation for real estate transactions.
Facilitate smooth transactions between sellers and buyers.
