About Us:
We are a fast-growing real estate investment company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Disposition/Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a commission-based role that offers the opportunity for significant earning potential and growth within our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate directly with the cold caller to evaluate leads and properties.
Manage the acquisition and disposition of real estate deals, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.
Negotiate and close deals in a timely manner, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Use CRM tools like Mojo Dialer, Podio, and REI Reply to track and manage leads, transactions, and client communications.
Maintain strong communication with the team and ensure all parties are aligned throughout the deal process.
Requirements:

Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Disposition/Acquisition Manager in the real estate industry is a must.
Sales Experience: A background in sales is highly preferred to help close deals efficiently.
CRM Knowledge: Proficiency with Mojo Dialer, Podio, and REI Reply is essential.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your time, and stay organized.
Availability: Must be able to start immediately and work 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday (11:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST).
Compensation & Benefits:

Commission-Based Pay: Starting at 10% per closed deal.
Performance-Based Growth: Commission percentage increases based on performance and deal closings.
Flexible Schedule: Enjoy working 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
