A leading property management and lettings agency specializing in HMO and property management is looking for an Accounts Manager to handle financial processes with accuracy and efficiency. This part-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing business by ensuring smooth transactions, clear reporting, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage rent collection and processing to ensure timely payments.
-Handle accounts payable & receivable, including invoices and vendor payments.
-Prepare financial reports, including statements for property owners.
-Reconcile bank accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
-Maintain financial systems using Xero and COHO for seamless tracking.
What’s Needed for Success:
-Xero expertise and experience in financial reporting.
-Strong financial skills with attention to detail.
-Excellent communication in written and spoken English.
-Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
-Proactive approach to problem-solving and efficiency.
Tech & System Requirements:
-Stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps).
-PC specs: Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) with 8GB RAM or more.
