What will you be doing
Oversee inventory and stock management using Ostendo stock control & job management software
Manage customer and supplier orders, including purchase orders in coordination with local staff
Monitor project and service jobs to ensure accurate cost tracking and timely progress updates
Handle accounts receivable and payable, perform bank reconciliations, and allocate payments accurately
Manage multiple
Operate various business systems to support financial and operational processes
Regularly liaise with local staff to fulfill administrative functions effectively
Who we are looking for
Experience in finance administration, accounts receivable & payable, and bank reconciliations
Strong background in inventory and stock control management
Familiarity with construction estimation is a plus
Preferably familiar with Xero Accounting Software
Experience with Ostendo Operations Software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working for an Australian company or knowledge of Australian finance processes is an advantage
