JOB OVERVIEW

We are an award winning and top-rated US-based digital marketing agency looking to add an Accounting / Billing Coordinator to our fast-growing team. This position will directly support the Finance and Accounting department in the financial maintenance of multiple client accounts. Ideal candidates will possess the following must possess the below experience/skills:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Generate and issue invoices for franchise clients electronically
• Manage and oversee franchise client accounts
• Ensuring timely payment
• Following up with client inquiries
• Completes collections for the entire client base
• Ensure customers are billed correctly for services offered
• Request payment of pending debts in a firm yet considerate manner

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 1-2 years' experience in Oracle NetSuite
• MUST HAVE experience working in a high volume invoicing environment (2000+ invoices monthly)
• Accounts Receivable experience
• Skilled in Excel – pivot table, formulas
• Reliability, detailed, self-sufficient
• Very strong and Fluent in English (both verbal & written)

***Working U.S. hours and experience with NetSuite mandatory***
