About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant with strong expertise in handling high-volume financial data. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks Desktop, with the ability to process thousands of transactions efficiently. This role requires someone who is not only great with numbers but also proactive in identifying ways to streamline operations and improve financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process large volumes of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Utilize Excel/Google Sheets for complex data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks Desktop.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure accurate data entry with fast and precise typing skills.
Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and account reconciliation.
Stay proactive in learning new tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance productivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience working with thousands of financial transactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Fast and accurate data entry/typing skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to optimize workflows.
Eager and willing to learn and adapt quickly.
