Accountant/Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced offshore accountant with expertise in QuickBooks, Sage, Toast, and Square to support a multi-business operation. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of accounting practices tailored to businesses with complex financial structures, including revenue reconciliation, expense tracking, payroll processing, and tax compliance.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial transactions across multiple entities.
Reconcile accounts, track expenses, and generate financial reports.
Process payroll, tax filings, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Utilize QuickBooks, Sage, Toast, and Square to maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounting for multi-location, service-based businesses.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, Toast, and Square.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and reconciliation.
Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
