JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Digital Marketing and Administrative Specialist to join our nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence, primarily targeting donors and volunteers, while supporting various administrative functions. This individual will manage our social media platforms, content creation, and campaign planning, as well as assist with branding and other related tasks.

Reconcile Bank Accounts(10), credit cards and Ameriflex, SBA, Thrivent in QuickBooks. Reconcile eTap/Bloomerang to QuickBooks
Balance and submit Monthly Profit and Loss, Final Monthly Budget vs. Actual, and Balance Sheet
Balance and submit Monthly Profit and Loss, Final Monthly Budget vs. Actual, and Balance Sheet
Manage bank balances and bill payments/receivables and post to QuickBooks Online
Handle donation entry and tracking along with yearly reporting.
Event registration and management
Support the rest of staff with accounting/administration

Administrative Support
Assist with volunteer database processing email and calendar management for the CEO.
Coordinate and organize existing volunteering materials for reuse in campaigns.
Contribute to the development of volunteer management processes, including screening and onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline administrative workflows.

Specifically, looking to hire with the following knowledge and skillset:

Proficiency in tools such as QB Online, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe and WordPress.

Strong understanding of nonprofit strategies, particularly for donors and volunteers.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.

Familiarity with Google Grants and digital advertising platforms is a plus.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of database management for volunteer coordination.

Flexibility to learn and adapt to additional tasks as needed.
