**Position: Accountant with Experience in Bexio**
**Work Hours: Flexible (10 hours per week for accounting tasks; up to 40 hours per week if combined with customer support)**

We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Accountant** who has expertise in using **Bexio** for bookkeeping and financial management. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of **Swiss accounting principles** and experience managing accounting tasks involving **foreign currencies** in Bexio.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Bookkeeping and Accounting (Primary Role):**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Bexio.
- Process transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports.
- Manage multi-currency transactions and ensure compliance with Swiss accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial overviews as required.
- Collaborate with the management team for financial insights and planning.

2. **Customer Support (Optional Additional Role):**
- Provide professional and friendly customer support via email and chat.
- Assist with troubleshooting, queries, and issue resolution for our clients.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

- Proven experience in **accounting and bookkeeping**.
- Proficiency in **Bexio** is **mandatory**.

- (Preferred) Prior experience in customer support or willingness to learn.

### **Work Hours and Flexibility:**

- Accounting tasks in Bexio can be performed at **any time** of your convenience.
- Customer support hours (if applicable) are from **Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00 UTC+1**.
- Initial commitment is approximately **10 hours per week for accounting tasks**. However, if you are interested in handling customer support tasks as well, the total working hours can increase up to **40 hours per week**.
