JOB OVERVIEW

About the Work
This position covers all aspects of accounting and financial administration of a business. While the volume of transactions is small, every aspect of daily accounting is involved. Candidates must have experience in all aspects of accounting.
You will need full hands-on experience in all aspects of small business accounting, including but not limited to:
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Internet Banking
• Bank Reconciliations
• Cash Flow Forecasting
• Journal Entries
• Management Reporting

Essential Requirements:
• Degree in Accountancy or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of broad experience in small business accounting
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken, listening, and written)
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one accounting software
• General spreadsheet skills
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential

Desirable Skills:
• Experience working for a business outside the Philippines
• 3 years of experience handling Australian clients/company
• Good knowledge of reporting and visualization software
