Essential Experience
Working with a UK firm of accountants, with solid knowledge of UK taxes, including VAT, Self-Assessment, Corporation Tax, and PAYE.

Position: Accountant (Remote)
Location: Fully Remote (Philippines for UK employer)

Key Qualifications:
Education: Qualified Accountant (CPA or equivalent).
Software certifications: Xero, and others.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with a clear accent.
Technology: Experience with UK accounting and tax software.

Bonus Points:
Experience using TaxCalc Accounts and Tax production software.

Responsibilities:
Prepare year-end accounts and tax returns.
Communicate effectively with HMRC on client-related matters.
Collaborate with the UK team and clients via email and calls.
