Your Role

As a Full-Time Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will go beyond the conventional. You will be at the heart of organizing, analyzing, and validating our financial transactions, playing a critical part in maintaining our financial accuracy and ensuring compliance. Your role will encompass tasks such as conducting quarterly audits, supporting payroll activities, and offering insightful recommendations, all of which will be instrumental in driving our success.

Who We're Looking For

We're on the lookout for a game-changer who is more than just a CPA and holds an Accounting degree or a similar qualification. If you happen to have a CMA certification, that's even better. You should bring a minimum of five years of experience, ideally with a track record in a leadership capacity.

OUR ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive experience in Real Estate and job costing for renovation projects.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, which is highly desirable.
- Background in handling intercompany loans and accounting.
- Excellent grasp of Business Finance, Client Invoice Management, Journal Entry, Reconciliation, and Bookkeeping.
- Profound knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new software.
- A knack for problem-solving.
- Expertise in Taxation.
