Accountant - Part Time

Overview:
A stable, growing, US marketing agency is looking for someone to handle bookkeeping and accounting duties. This position is entry level to experienced with a high level of growth opportunity possible. This is a remote opportunity that will be free to work Philippines day shift, after training, a part time position. This can be a flexible schedule after training.

Responsibilities:
• Filling out the weekly cashflow forecast
• Projecting future cash flows based on current cashflow
• Helping with End of the Month Close Processes
• Reconcile financial accounts including AR, AP, and bank accounts
• Performing ratio analysis and monthly EOM performance metrics

Requirements:
• Must be very good in English, this is a non voice position, but training and team communications is all in English
• Previous computer experience and working in a remote environment is preferred
• Proficient computer skills- Xero, Excel, Skype, Zoom, Word, Google Calendar experience
• Position can be done any timezone, but training will be USA timezone
• High Speed Internet (preferably 20 mbs or higher)
• Accounting or Finance degree is highly preferred and must be familiar with financial concepts and accounting ideas

**After training, hours can be worked in PH daytime hours**

It will also involve planning and analysis work. This is also a high growth position, with the opportunity to take on more and more responsibilities, in addition to bonus opportunities.
