Accountant - CPA

Responsibilities:

*Financial Management
Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash
flow management.
Develop and maintain financial records and ledgers.

*Taxation and Compliance
Prepare and file tax returns (e.g., VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax).
Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, including payment deadlines and tax incentives.
Handle government-related filings (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.).

*Financial Reporting
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Provide insights into company performance and suggest strategies for improvement.

*Budgeting and Forecasting
Develop and manage budgets to support the company’s operations and growth.
Prepare financial projections to guide strategic planning.

*Payroll
Process and oversee employee salaries, benefits, and statutory contributions.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll distribution.

Requirements:

*Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines.
*Proven experience as an accountant in a corporate or startup environment.
*Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar platforms).
*Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws, payroll processes, and government compliance.
*Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
*Strong communication and organizational skills.
*Willing to work full time, office-based. Our office is located in Danao City, Cebu.
