JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced professional who can excel in a dual role: providing accounting services and assisting with administrative duties. You will work directly with the CEO and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks—everything from financial reporting to social media content creation. This part-time position has the potential to transition into a full-time role, offering both flexibility and growth opportunities within our firm.
Accounting & Financial Tasks

Maintain and update QuickBooks Online for multiple small business clients.
Conduct bank reconciliations, manage accounts receivable/payable, and handle general ledger entries.
Prepare financial statements, conduct financial analysis, and contribute to budget forecasting and cash flow projections.
(In my opinion) Proactive problem-solving is crucial here—candidates who spot trends or discrepancies early will excel.
Administrative Support

Assist the CEO in daily tasks such as checking emails, drafting responses, and following up on proposals.
Create social media content (using Canva) to support our marketing efforts.
Organize digital files and client information using Google Workspace and Keeper.app.
Collaboration & Communication

Communicate with clients to gather information, address inquiries, and ensure outstanding client service.
Coordinate with internal team members to maintain workflow efficiency.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on QuickBooks Online.
Proven track record of English writing and communication skills (written and verbal).
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs), Keeper.app, and Canva.
Comfortable navigating different technology platforms and learning new tools quickly.
(In my opinion) Curiosity and willingness to adopt emerging tech can be a big plus, especially as new accounting and automation tools become available.

Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Excellent time management—able to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Client-focused, collaborative mindset aligned with our firm’s culture.
