JOB OVERVIEW

The account manager will communicate privately as an online Chat Support to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and engage in conversations. The ideal candidate must have excellent English writing and soft skills, be reliable, and maintain a professional attitude while engaging in private conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in private conversations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries and concerns
• Create engaging and informative responses that align with the service
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude during conversations
• Escalate complex inquiries or concerns to the appropriate team or manager
• Adhere to company policies and procedures when engaging with Costumer
• Maintain accurate records of all private conversations
• Being able to run a script and being able to customize it on the individual customer for the best outcome

Qualifications:
• Excellent English writing skills
• Ability to create engaging and informative responses
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
• Exceptional soft skills and the ability to maintain a professional attitude
• Reliable and dependable


Working Conditions:
The Private Chat Moderator will work in a private chat setting, engaging in conversations as chat costumer support. The job may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. The work may involve sitting for extended periods and using a computer for prolonged periods.
