Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be the concierge for our clients, ensuring they experience seamless staffing operations through the Workable and NextCrew platforms. Your mission is to manage client relationships, match top Gigstars to open shifts, and handle payroll, disputes, and shift coordination—all while providing exceptional 24/7 client support.

Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and NoGigiddy’s staffing services.
• Ensure clients input all essential gig details in Workable, including:
• Shift dates/times, locations, uniform requirements, and worker qualifications.
• Provide clients with updates & feedback through Workable to minimize their need to use NextCrew.

2. Shift Management & Worker Matching

• Receive shift details from Workable and post them in NextCrew.
• Vet applications and match qualified Gigstars to shifts.
• Conduct background checks (if required) and confirm worker assignments.
• Notify Gigstars of their shifts and ensure attendance.

3. Communication & Monitoring
• Keep clients informed via Workable about shift fulfillment and worker performance.
• Track worker check-ins/outs and manage last-minute changes.
• Handle shift cancellations or replacements in real-time.

4. Payroll & Shift Closure

• Verify and approve time logs in NextCrew.
• Ensure payments are processed accurately through NoGigiddy’s payroll system.

5. Support & Dispute Resolution
• Serve as the first point of contact for client & Gigstar concerns.
• Resolve minor disputes (e.g., schedule misunderstandings) within 24 hours.
• Escalate major disputes (e.g., payment issues, no-shows) within 48 hours.

Training & Onboarding

All Account Managers undergo comprehensive training, including:

? Platform Training: Workable (job postings, communications) & NextCrew (shift management, payroll).
? Gigstar Vetting: Reviewing applications, running background checks, and matching workers to shifts.
? Client & Worker Support: Handling client inquiries, managing worker performance, and resolving disputes.

Who You Are

? Strong customer service & relationship management skills.
? Experience in staffing, HR, or account management is a plus.
? Highly organized, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
? Comfortable using staffing platforms (or eager to learn).
