Account Manager / Customer Support

Hi! We produce and export goods from Peru to Europe, primarily textiles and home décor items. We’ve had significant success on smaller platforms like vinted.de and kleinanzeigen.de, and we’re now looking for someone to:

- Research similar online marketplaces in other EU countries
- Regularly upload and re-upload our product listings
- Handle all customer inquiries and communication
- Forward order details to our shipping facility in Germany

We’re also setting up seller accounts on Amazon and eBay, as well as our own web shop, and you will manage the same tasks for those channels. While we will work closely with you to explain everything, it’s crucial that you can quickly learn to work independently. Prior experience is therefore a big plus.

Our team is friendly, diverse, and respectful. We believe in growing together—so as our business expands, your role can evolve into part-time or full-time. The initial hours listed are just for the starting phase. Our cooperation will be structured in the following way: you get a standardized set of tasks which you complete on a daily basis. While you do the work you create a screen recording. Once finished you hand over the screen recording and we will send you the corresponding hourly wage. The payment can be done in any form (Paypal, Bank Transfer or Crypto Currency Transaction).
