Job Title: Account Manager - Ads SEO Website
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Working Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM ET

We are a dynamic US-based digital marketing agency specializing in building marketing websites for customers that are in one specific industry in the United States. Our team of experts focuses on delivering measurable results through innovative Google Ads campaigns, SEO campaigns, and website performance strategies. We are seeking an Account Manager for Ads, SEO and Website development to serve as the primary liaison between our US clients and our in-house teams, ensuring clear communication, effective reporting, and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for US-based clients, managing inquiries, providing updates, and addressing concerns—even during challenging situations when clients are frustrated.
Translate technical details and performance data related to ads, SEO, and website metrics into clear, understandable updates for clients.
Ability to navigate challenging situations by highlighting positive aspects and crafting a compelling vision for future success, helping to maintain strong client relationships and improve retention.
Status Reporting & Coordination:
Collaborate with our Google Ads, SEO, and website experts to gather campaign and website performance data, preparing comprehensive reports using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
Utilize project management platforms (e.g., Asana, HighLevel) to monitor deliverables and ensure timely communication between internal teams and clients.
Liaison Role:
Facilitate effective communication between clients and technical teams, ensuring that client feedback—such as bug fixes, design improvement requests, and conversion optimization insights—is accurately relayed and acted upon.
Organize and lead regular status meetings to review website performance and discuss potential improvements.
Team Collaboration:
Act as an integral part of a team that builds marketing websites using WordPress, contributing to bug fixing and incorporating client feedback into project iterations.
Ensure that website launches meet quality standards, adhere to good design principles, and achieve conversion optimization goals.

Qualifications:
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to maintain clear and professional communication with US clients.
Ability to use strong voice inflection and empathy to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.
Highly organized and able to build rapport with our client while maintaining a busy appointment schedule meeting with clients
Client & Team Coordination:
Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within digital marketing or a related industry.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mediate effectively between technical teams and non-technical clients.
Reporting & Analytical Skills:
Familiarity with digital marketing and website performance tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
Ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights in an accessible manner.
Project Management:
Proficient in using project management tools such as Asana, HighLevel, or equivalent platforms.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
Technical & Industry Experience:
Experience as part of a team building marketing websites using WordPress, including bug fixing and gathering client feedback.
Familiarity with conversion optimization and a solid understanding of good design principles is highly beneficial.
Experience with CRM software and data visualization tools.
