Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with a passion for helping small businesses thrive. While expertise in Google Ads is not required, a basic understanding of the platform is essential to effectively collaborate with our team and support client needs. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts, primarily small- to medium-sized cleaning businesses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Coordinate and oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Possess a basic understanding of Google Ads to better facilitate communication and support between clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client goals with strategic and tactical planning.
- Prepare detailed and persuasive
- Utilize tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, ClickUp, or other project management software to manage tasks and communications efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions and project details.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve client services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in digital marketing or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and its functionality (e.g., understanding campaigns, keywords, and metrics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in tools like Gmail, Google Docs, and ClickUp (or similar project management software).
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering results for clients.
- Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours to align with client needs and team collaboration.
- Experience with HighLevel is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate.
