Account Management Support (Remote, Part-Time)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Management Support Virtual Assistant to join a fast-paced, remote-first marketing agency. This is a part-time, behind-the-scenes role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, process, and internal team support.
In this role, you'll work closely with Account Managers and Client Strategists to help keep projects on track. Responsibilities include drafting internal strategy briefs, quality-checking deliverables and briefs, tracking project updates, and relaying important information to internal teams. While you won't interface directly with clients, your contributions will play a key role in delivering high-quality work and maintaining strong internal communication.
This is a remote, part-time opportunity with flexibility during Central Time business hours. If you're dependable, systems-minded, and confident working in tools like ClickUp and Slack, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft internal strategy briefs based on input from Client Strategists and project documentation.
- Perform quality assurance on strategy briefs and client-facing deliverables (copy, creative, campaign plans, etc.) to ensure accuracy and alignment with goals.
- Monitor project progress and updates in ClickUp; help ensure key deadlines and next steps are clearly communicated internally.
- Attend client meetings in the background (as needed) to take notes and flag internal action items - no direct client interaction required.
- Draft weekly client communication outlines for Client Strategists (recapping progress, outlining the upcoming week, and flagging needs such as approvals or reviews).
- Share updates with internal departments (Creative, Digital, PM, etc.) to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and client feedback.
- Support internal organization and documentation of account details and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing agency or similar environment, preferably in a coordination or support role.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to synthesize and relay complex information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing creative content and client-facing materials.
- Proficiency in tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Available to work 20+ hours per week during Central Time business hours (Monday to Friday).
Additional Skills:
- Experience supporting account or project management functions in a marketing or creative agency setting.
- Familiarity with marketing deliverables such as content calendars,
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant supporting remote teams.
