Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You’ll act as the main point of contact for merchants, providing guidance, optimizing performance, and solving challenges with our tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with e-commerce clients, ensuring their business goals are met
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve clients' marketing and payment processes
- Act as a problem solver, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor client accounts, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on performance
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and solutions
- Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new and existing clients

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in account management, client success, or a related field (preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or digital marketing)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Problem-solving attitude with a hands-on approach to challenges
- Experience with payment processing, digital marketing, or e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about building good relationships and helping clients and the company succeed
