Purpose:
An account manager is an account management position servicing existing accounts and generating new business with our target ICP. This is a sales goal based role.
Essential Responsibilities
Aggressively grows business with healthcare companies and existing portfolio. Creates and grows a database of a minimum of 75+ converted companies. Role includes Business Development, Customer Service, Order Management Supervision to insure a smooth customer sales journey from initial contact to conversion and delivery.
• Sets a target number of outbound marketing calls,
• Documents progress in CRM or Excel
• Presents the product line at 1-3 virtual meetings a week
• Manages, tracks and follows up on sample and virtual requests
• Provides and converts quotes to sales
• Builds and maintains pipeline to reach sales goals
• Thinks creatively on how client can use our product lines to close sales
• Creates and deploys
• Build customer loyalty with proactive ideas and selling for our product lines
• Demonstrates the website and how to find products
• Track and report on repeat business within BoB
• Cultivate influencers and brand fans within BoB
• Provides customer service and trouble shooting to successfully deliver orders
• Follow up plan after order deliver to engage distributors and improve sale and processes
• Works internally to solve problems with many different departments to provide a smooth client experience
