Job Title: Account Manager
Location: REMOTE
Employment Type: Part-time (10hrs/week)
Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our client engagement efforts. From scheduling and onboarding to nurturing long-term client relationships, your organizational skills and collaborative approach will ensure every project exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Scheduling and Coordination:
- Take ownership of project timelines, ensuring proper scheduling across all client engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align schedules, confirm deliverables, and maintain clear tracking of project milestones.
- Identify and address potential delays to keep engagements on track.
Client Onboarding and Process Development:
- Facilitate seamless client onboarding by guiding clients through the initial stages of the engagement.
- Partner with internal teams to document and refine onboarding processes based on feedback and learnings, ensuring - consistent and high-quality experiences.
Post-Engagement Client Transition and Nurturing:
- Support the transition of completed projects into a post-engagement stage by implementing systems for continued communication and engagement.
- Collaborate on the development of a “nurture” stage process to foster long-term client relationships and uncover opportunities for future partnerships.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in client management, project coordination, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and relationship building.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Airtable, Notion, and WhatsApp.
- A proactive, questioning, and solution-oriented mindset.
