As we expand, we’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to spearhead business development, lead generation, and sales efforts.
About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding SRC’s client base, nurturing leads, and driving high-value consulting, training, and technology optimization deals. You’ll work closely with leadership to develop sales strategies, engage prospects, and convert leads into long-term clients.
This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who understands Workforce Management, CX, Contact Center Operations, or SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Business Development & Sales Strategy
Identify new business opportunities and develop a targeted sales pipeline.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in CX, WFM, and Operations.
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Drive Client Engagement & Revenue Growth
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points.
Present customized solutions based on SRC’s consulting and WFM expertise.
Work closely with marketing to align messaging and outbound campaigns.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Manage lead tracking and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Forecast and report on sales metrics, revenue goals, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with Leadership & Service Teams
Align with leadership to refine pricing, positioning, and sales strategies.
Work closely with consultants and trainers to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven sales experience in WFM, CX, Contact Centers, or SaaS industries.
Strong ability to identify, qualify, and close enterprise-level deals.
Experience engaging C-Level and VP decision-makers.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.
Preferred:
Background in Workforce Management, Verint, Five9, Talkdesk, NICE, or AI-driven CX solutions.
Experience selling professional services, consulting, or training programs.
