We seek an organized, detail-oriented, proactive Account Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting account management and ensuring seamless communication, campaign execution, and marketing assistance for our valued clients.
Responsibilities
Client Communication:
-Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
-Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and performance.
Campaign Support:
-Assist in the planning and executing of client campaigns, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals and deliverables.
-Account Management Support:
-Work closely with account managers to support client retention and growth initiatives.
-Coordinate and oversee task management processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
-Track key performance metrics and provide insights to account managers.
-Maintained organized client files and ensured all necessary documentation are up-to-date.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and deadlines.
Marketing Assistance:
-Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
-Support marketing campaigns by coordinating deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications
-Past agency experience.
-Experience in client communication, project coordination, or account management is a plus.
-Proficiency in Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
