Responsibilities:

Automate Communications:
Set up and optimize automated WhatsApp messages, newsletters, and notifications.
Chatbot Development: Develop automated responses for common client requests while maintaining high service standards.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
Software Integration: Connect various platforms (CRM, marketing tools, etc.) for seamless data management.
Data Analysis: Monitor the performance of automated campaigns and suggest improvements.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of automation trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Experience in automation and digital communication, preferably in luxury services.
Technical skills: Knowledge of tools like Zapier, Make, or WhatsApp Business API, and programming skills (Python, JavaScript).
Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills with an understanding of luxury service standards.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
