API Integration & Operations Specialist

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an API Integration & Operations Specialist to optimize our discount mattress, furniture, and household goods business. The role involves integrating APIs, automating workflows, managing AI tools, and ensuring smooth operations to drive efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

API & Scripting: Integrate APIs (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Google Sheets), write scripts (Python/JavaScript) to automate tasks, and troubleshoot existing integrations.
AI Tools & Automation: Use tools like Zapier, Make, and ChatGPT to automate and optimize workflows.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with teams to implement new workflows and train on automation tools.
Project Management: Manage tasks, track KPIs, and report on progress.

Qualifications:

Experience with APIs, scripting (Python, JavaScript), and automation tools (Zapier, Make).
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., AdCreative.ai, ChatGPT).
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
