Work Hours: 7 am to 3 pm Central Standard Time (9 pm to 5 am Philippine Time)

We're looking for an AP Accountant who can work with at least 2 - possibly up to 4 entities (clients) depending on the volume. Healthcare accounting is the hardest, but once you learn it, everything else is boring! Once you thrive in this position, we have several full-time general accounting positions that continue to come available as we grow.

This is for you if you like puzzles and like to see progress each and every day. You'll need to be diligent and detail-oriented.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial information by maintaining and reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and participating in all aspects of the company's accounting functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process invoices and verify g/l account coding
- Reconcile vendor accounts with outstanding/old balances
- Process credits timely to avoid overpayment to vendors
- Maintain historical records by organizing invoices into the system
- Verify sales tax calculation for accuracy.
- Request invoices and statement of accounts from vendors
- Help prepare month-end accruals and AP reconciliations.

ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Disciplined with time management
- An innate awareness and desire to meet deadlines
- Ability to identify a problem area, work with others to seek solutions
- Not intimidated by Excel and pivot tables
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience required
- Take pride in your work
