AI Video editor/creator

We are looking for an up-and-coming Video wizard who is ready to perform some magic on AI video editing tasks for us.
 
If you have excellent English skills (verbal and written) and are keen to learn and grow with our small alternative health and wellbeing company, then we want you.
 
You’ll be working off the Asana project management software. Your main responsibilities to start include:
• Editing and enhancing videos using AI tools
• Adding captions, graphics, and animations to videos
• Turning Blogs into long and short-form videos as well as podcasts
• Repurposing content into short-form clips
• Creating webinars and explainer videos with AI
• Creating engaging video content for social media platforms with guidance from the SM team
• Creating daily progress reports on what time was spent on each task
 
To do this job, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them (we can provide training where needed), but you need to be at least familiar with most of them:
• AI video and voice editing tools (Heygen, Elevenlabs)
• Filmora or other video editing software
• Voice editing software (Audacity)
• Graphic design tools (Canva)
• Video platforms (Voomly)
• Project management software (Asana)
 
You don’t need to have the following skills to be hired. But if you have them, it would be an advantage:
• Whiteboard animation experience (Doodly)
• Knowledge of video storytelling and pacing
• SEO for video content (YouTube optimization)
• Copywriting
 
Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. More important to us is your integrity, commitment, and desire to learn and grow with our business. Clear communication and honesty are paramount. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or make a mistake, be upfront about it—we are all human, after all.
 
We are looking for a long-term relationship over many years with a person who:
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Is a fast learner
• Pays close attention to detail
• Can follow instructions to the letter
 
This is a part-time position that can grow into a full-time position
• Mondays to Fridays AEST. A schedule can be negotiated.
• You’ll qualify for 5 Service Inclusive Leave (SIL) days after the 6-month probation period.
• We honor most National Filipino holidays except for ‘All Saints’ and ‘All Souls’ Day.
• Your salary will be starting at PHP10000 per month (20 hours a week).
• We also offer a 13th-month bonus to employees who have worked with us for at least 6 months.
• As well as PhilHealth contributions.
 
As you work with us, we will need you to take on more responsibilities over time, and we will provide you with any training necessary. When our team grows, you’ll also have the chance to be promoted.
