AI Specialist | MAS Engineer

Gloss (www.glosstech.io) is a successful U.S. Digital Marketing Agency founded in 2007, with a full-time staff in the Philippines since 2008.

We are seeking a full-time highly talented "Rock Star" AI Specialist & Multi-Agent System (MAS) Engineer who can work from home in the Philippines.

This role entails developing and implementing AI-driven solutions for our in-house and client-facing digital marketing and web development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and multi-agent systems, and with a proven track record of successfully deploying AI solutions in a business environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with in-house team to ideate, strategize, and develop AI and MAS solutions to enhance our in-house digital marketing and web development efforts.
- Empower us to leverage AI and MAS to create and/or enhance services we sell to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and multi-agent systems to ensure we establish and maintain AI market leadership.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience

You must have the following proven experience to be considered for this position (please do not apply if otherwise):

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Proven experience developing and implementing multi-agent systems and AI solutions
- Prompt engineering
- APIs
- Machine learning frameworks and libraries
- Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous systems
- Logic structures
- Experience in the digital marketing or web development industry is a plus
- Development background is a plus

2. Personality Traits

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
