Position Overview:

Join our team as an AI Specialist & Web App Developer (Low/No-Code) and help us push the boundaries of automation, innovation, and scalability. We're looking for someone with strong project management skills and proficiency in AI tools and technology who can strategically evaluate our workflows, recommend solutions, and implement them effectively. You'll also play a critical role in building and maintaining web apps and supporting the development of https://CoworkingBlueprint.com, a versatile framework designed to quickly transform vacant offices into monetizable coworking spaces with unique brands.
Key Responsibilities:

* Assess existing workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
* Research, select, and implement AI tools that enhance content creation, marketing, customer engagement, and operational processes.
* Develop and maintain web applications using no-code/low-code platforms integrated with AI tools.
* Create and optimize custom GPTs for specific business needs.
* Leverage the ChatGPT plugin marketplace to enhance our AI capabilities and workflow efficiency.
* Collaborate with team members to refine digital strategies and expand our consulting offerings.
* Stay updated on AI advancements and apply them to innovate across various business processes.

* Strong project management skills.
* Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides.
* Excellent online research skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for errors in emails, spreadsheets, or schedules.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
* Ability to work on Pacific Standard Time.
* Skilled use of AI and technology tools.
* Experience with low-code/no-code platforms like Bubble, Webflow, or similar.
* Ability to create and optimize custom GPTs for specific use cases.
* Familiarity with the ChatGPT plugin marketplace and experience integrating plugins into workflows.

Bonus Points for:

* A portfolio showcasing AI-driven projects or web apps.

Compensation:

This role offers a rate of $5 USD per hour plus performance-based bonuses for exceptional contributions, achieving key milestones, and driving impactful results. Payments will be made via PayPal.
