Primary Responsibilities:
1. Identify companies, organizations, and sources offering truckloads of overstock, returns, and general merchandise at deeply discounted prices (target under $7,000 per truckload) or donated.
2. Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT-4 and Perplexity to research and drill down to the right contact persons, negotiating the best possible pricing.
3. Pursue the establishment of master agreements or partnerships with major retailers (e.g., Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Granger, Home Depot, AutoZone) and other relevant organizations to secure truckloads at significantly discounted rates.
4. Draft and submit well-crafted proposed master agreement templates, clearly outlining terms, conditions, pricing, requirements, and mutual benefits for both parties.
5. Engage in email and verbal communications with key contacts at target organizations to discuss and negotiate favorable master agreement terms for our nonprofit's 501(c)(3) status.
Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with multimedia content creation for promoting services across platforms.
• Provide analytical writing support with excellent English proficiency.
• Collaborate closely with staff to disseminate sourcing information and coordinate logistics.

This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while effectively utilizing AI and multimedia tools to drive our mission.
