Job Summary

Salary: $650/month - $1000/month

Employment Type: Full-time (40+ hours/week, Monday to Friday)

Location: Remote (Philippines-based, Manila preferred)

Schedule: Morning or mid-shift (PH time zone)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns across CPA networks

Operate automation tools and bots developed by the tech team

Create AI-generated content for landing pages, advertisements, and campaigns

Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies

Conduct A/B testing to improve performance metrics

Use anti-detection browsers and manage proxy configurations

Report technical issues to the development team for resolution

Qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those eager to learn and grow in the affiliate marketing field.

Required:

Basic understanding of CPA affiliate networks and digital marketing

Familiarity with affiliate tracking systems (e.g., Voluum, Bemob)

Interest or experience in AI content generation and prompting

Awareness of automation tools or workflow systems

Knowledge of compliance standards in affiliate marketing

Analytical thinking and performance-driven mindset

Comfortable using Windows operating systems

Willingness to travel occasionally within the Philippines

Exclusive full-time commitment (side projects within the company are allowed)

Portfolio of affiliate work is optional but appreciated

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

Experience with landing page optimization tools

Familiarity with split testing strategies and tools

Understanding of Virtual Machines (VMs) and sandbox environments
