About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven, analytical, and highly organized AI Operations & Automation Specialist to track, optimize, and enhance the performance of AI bots being implemented for various businesses. This role requires expertise in workflow automation, AI performance tracking, CRM (GoHighLevel), and strategic improvement planning on a quarterly basis.

The right candidate will be skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research, using metrics-driven insights to enhance AI workflows, automate processes, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Bot Performance Tracking: Monitor AI bot usage, engagement, and success rates for different businesses.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze bot performance trends.
Present quarterly reports with insights and recommendations for improvements.
Workflow Optimization:
Build and refine automated workflows for AI bots based on company needs.
Optimize AI responses and decision-making processes using structured data.
CRM & Project Management:
Manage GoHighLevel CRM for client AI bot integration and tracking.
Oversee project tracking and reporting to ensure AI solutions align with business goals.
Research & Strategy Development:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to improve AI performance and user engagement.
Develop strategies to enhance AI automation and workflow efficiency.
Operational Strategy Execution:
Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-backed AI workflow improvements.
Work closely with leadership to refine and scale AI automation services.

Qualifications:
? Advanced analytical skills (data-driven decision-making, metrics tracking)
? Proficiency in AI bot management (performance tracking, workflow adjustments)
? Experience with GoHighLevel CRM (or ability to learn quickly)
? Strong project management skills (tracking progress, reporting results)
? Qualitative & quantitative research expertise
? Ability to identify trends and construct AI workflow improvements
? Experience in automation tools & AI-driven optimization strategies
? Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software/AI developments
