About the Position

Your primary responsibility is to take the machine-generated drafts, apply your expert editing skills to refine them, and ensure they meet our high standards for quality, brand voice, and SEO optimization before publishing across various client platforms. This role requires consistent daily engagement and a fast-paced workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize our internal AI content generation system daily to produce initial content drafts based on provided inputs and briefs.
Critically review, meticulously edit, and rewrite AI-generated content to ensure clarity, coherence, accuracy, grammar, style, and tone.
- Ensure all content aligns perfectly with specific client brand guidelines, voice, and objectives.
- Optimize content for readability, user engagement, and basic SEO principles.
- Format and publish finalized content accurately across various digital platforms (e.g., client blogs, websites).
- Collaborate closely with SEO researchers and strategists to understand content goals and implement feedback.
- Provide constructive feedback on AI system output to help improve its performance over time.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining rigorous quality standards.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses an exceptional command of the English language (written and spoken) with impeccable grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills. Native-level proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Has proven experience in content writing, editing, proofreading, or digital publishing.
- Demonstrates extraordinary attention to detail and a commitment to factual accuracy.
- Is highly adept at adapting writing style and tone to match diverse brand voices and audiences.
- Is comfortable and efficient working with new technologies and software systems; direct experience with AI writing assistants or content generation tools is a significant advantage.
