AI Automation Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in AI automation, Upgrade to see actual info (or Zapier), API integrations, and workflow optimization to set up an AI-driven system that will fully automate the creation of UGC videos.

Your role will be to design the automation process, not manually edit videos. Once the AI Agent is built, it should take client inputs and automatically generate videos using AI avatars, AI-generated voiceovers, and AI-edited footage.

Responsibilities:
? Build the AI Agent Workflow

Use Upgrade to see actual info (or similar automation tool) to connect:
HeyGen (AI Avatars)
ElevenLabs (AI Voiceover)
CapCut API (Video Editing)
Leonardo AI (Image Generation)
ChatGPT (Script Generation)
Ensure the automation works without human input.
? Create a Fully Automated Video Production System

Set up a client intake form that collects:
Name, Business Type, Video Preferences, Target Audience
Make the AI Agent auto-generate a script based on client details.
Automate AI Avatar and voiceover creation.
Auto-assemble final videos with branding.
? Test & Optimize AI Workflows

Ensure all tools integrate smoothly with no manual intervention.
Fix any issues with AI-generated content (wrong timing, misalignment, etc.).
Optimize AI-generated captions & CTAs for engagement.
? Handoff a Fully Automated System

Document the step-by-step AI workflow for future updates.
Train the business owner (me) to run the AI system with minimal effort.
Provide a final demo showcasing the AI Agent completing an order automatically.


Required Skills & Experience:
