ADP RUN PAYROLL EXPERT CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ADP RUN Payroll Expert to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ADP RUN Payroll systems, combined with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves guiding clients through payroll processes, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a seamless experience to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients using ADP RUN Payroll, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert guidance.
Assist clients with payroll setup, processing, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the ADP RUN platform in a timely and effective manner.
Educate clients on best practices for payroll processing, tax compliance, and system optimization.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, account management) to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience.
Document client interactions, resolutions, and feedback in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and ADP system updates to provide accurate information and proactive solutions.

Qualifications
Required:
Proven expertise in ADP RUN Payroll with a strong understanding of payroll processing, tax compliance, and reporting.
2+ years of experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role, preferably within payroll or HR services.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong proficiency with computers, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:
Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Knowledge of HR compliance and related software systems.
Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.
