3D Animator (Full-Time, Remote)

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented 3D Animator to join our team on a long-term basis. Your main responsibility will be to create high-quality 3D animation films similar to those on the Zack D. Films YouTube channel. These animations will primarily be cartoon-style shorts (30-60 seconds) for platforms like YouTube Shorts.

This is a remote position, but you must have at least 6 hours of overlap with EU working hours. You’ll work closely with me to ensure the animations meet our quality standards and creative direction.


Key Responsibilities:
Create 3D animation films that capture the audience's attention and fit our content strategy.
Focus on rigging and animation to bring characters and scenes to life.
Collaborate directly with me to refine concepts and deliver high-quality results.
Meet deadlines for deliverables and adapt to feedback quickly and effectively.


Requirements:
Proficiency in 3D tools.
Strong skills in rigging and animation, with a focus on cartoon-style animations.
Several years of experience in 3D modeling or animation.
A creative eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through animation.
Ability to work remotely with at least 6 overlapping hours with EU working hours.


Preferred Skills:
Experience with producing YouTube content or similar short-form video platforms.
Strong portfolio of cartoon-style animations.


About Us:
We are a company dedicated to producing high-quality content across articles and videos. Expanding into YouTube video creation is an exciting new direction for us, and we are looking for a creative and skilled 3D animator to help us bring our vision to life.


Compensation:
Hourly rate: $3-6, based on experience and background.
Payment method: PayPal, paid biweekly.


Working Hours:
6-8 hours per week to start, with potential for more as projects grow.
At least 6 overlapping hours with EU working time.
