Job Description:
As our 2D Animator/Anime Artist, you will be responsible for creating dynamic and visually engaging animations that capture our unique, dark parody style. You'll work closely with our scriptwriter/screenplay writer to translate written concepts into storyboards, character designs, key animation frames, and in-between drawings, ensuring smooth and fluid motion that elevates our content.

Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed storyboards, character designs, and key animation frames in a cartoon anime style.
- Create in-between drawings to ensure seamless, fluid animations.
- Create background designs.
- Collaborate closely with the scriptwriting team to interpret creative concepts and produce visual narratives that match our dark, satirical tone.
- Revise animations based on feedback while meeting production deadlines.
- Stay current with animation trends and techniques, bringing innovative ideas to our projects.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a 2D Animator/Anime Artist with a robust portfolio showcasing your anime-style work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar).
- Strong grasp of storyboarding, character design, keyframe animation, and in-between drawing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a creative team environment.
- A passion for dark humor and a keen understanding of anime aesthetics.

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Familiarity with YouTube content trends and digital media production.
- Ability to quickly adapt to creative feedback and iterate on designs.

Salary Range:

$700 - $1000 USD/ mo depending on skills.
