About Us:

We are a marketing company specialising in providing SEO services to tradesmen in Australia, helping them grow their online presence and generate leads. Our focus is on delivering results-driven strategies that align with the specific needs of our trade clients, such as plumbers, electricians and carpenters.

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and take the lead on managing and executing SEO strategies for our retainer packages. This is an opportunity to work on exciting projects that make a real impact for small and medium-sized businesses in the trades industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Retainer Packages: Take full ownership of SEO strategies, implementation, and reporting for our clients on monthly retainers.
* Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research tailored to the trades industry, focusing on location-based and service-specific opportunities.
* On-Page SEO: Optimise websites, including meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking structures to improve rankings.
* Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies, ensuring high-quality backlinks from relevant sources.
* Content Strategy: Provide guidance or support for creating content that improves search rankings and drives organic traffic.
* Local SEO: Optimise Google My Business profiles, local citations, and location-based search strategies for maximum visibility.
* Technical SEO: Site audits, schema markup, and crawlability, etc.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Provide actionable insights to improve results.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in SEO (4+ years preferred), particularly with Australian businesses or service-based industries.
* Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush).
* Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor.
* Have a strong knowledge of Technical SEO.
* Understanding of Google’s algorithms and ranking factors, with a focus on local SEO for Australian tradesmen.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines effectively.
