Are you looking for an efficient VA who can complete tasks spontaneously with exemplary multitasking ability and a positive attitude? That is undisputedly a piece of cake for me.

One thing I've realized throughout the process is the significance of fulfilling the needs of the clients in a prompt and systematic manner. With a topmost value on providing high quality and delivering tasks on time, while being absorbed and attentive to details. I can handle a heavy workload and complete projects with minimal supervision because I have a solid sense of integrity and transparency when it comes to information and tasks.

For three years, I have held several data entry and administrative tasks involving typing, proofreading, data research, filtering, pivoting,, and data consolidation using Microsoft Office Applications. Additionally,  I also had experience generating reports.

I was able to enhance my abilities in customer service, technical assistance, multi-tasking,, and some admin tasks such as data extraction, brand classifications, pivoting, and data consolidation while working for 5 years in high-pressured environments (BPO) using company-based known tools.

After 5 years of being employed in the corporate world, I dUpgrade to see actual info to work from the comfort of my own home. For seven months, I worked as an ESL tutor at Acadsoc, which aims to educate Chinese students and adults to embrace English as a second language.

When the pandemic struck in 2020, I seized every opportunity to secure a stable job that would allow me to work from the convenience of my home. I watched free YouTube tutorials and finally dUpgrade to see actual info to enroll in a paid course for Social Media Management before I started my freelancing journey to nurture my skill set and expand my network in order to provide high-quality service + significant results. I feel that the most important thing before starting my career is to deepen my knowledge and highlight my strengths, which is the reason why I never stop looking for things that can be beneficial to my learning. And so I invested in a professional coach to guide me as I start my career. 

After two wonderful years as a Social Media Manager having expertise in Content Creation, I have gained more confidence as I learned to use various tools such as Canva, Filmora, Asana, Slack, Calendly, and Google Sheets. I dUpgrade to see actual info to elevate my business to the next level by transforming into an SMM Brand and Marketing Coach, with the goal of helping aspiring individuals in making the transition into working from their homes as a Social Media Manager.

And now that I'm a Registered Freelance Novelist, I've been able to publish my three books on their online platforms, which have garnered thousands of views to date.

I refuse to be stagnant and limited to what I can offer and accomplish, and I feel more hungry for knowledge while having that eagerness to develop and improve along the way. I believe that learning doesn't end in Upgrade to see actual info's also vital to know the business goals of each client and their pain points, in order to come up with a strategic plan that will make positive progress and eventually lead to business scalability with the right effort.
