I'm a Nursing graduate but most of my jobs are in the call center industry. My most recent job was a Technical Support Specialist. I was one of the Subject Matter Experts and I helped the new hires in taking calls and provide information about the process. I worked in a Medical account under theResearch and Correspondence team,we do the checking of prescriptions and medical records and also create a report. I was also cross trained on the other line of business of that same account under the Accounts Receivable team which handles the billing section.I worked in a shopping account,which handles the billing, payments, returns and on the customer service department.Been with a mobility account as well. Handled technical department and pretty much everything about billings and mobility upgrades.I also worked with one of the biggest footwear line, and handled technical support in the retail and corporate department. Mostly accessing the corporate softwares remotely I also tried a commission based job,using instagram.I know how to create logos and have a knowledge in photo editing.I worked as a back office HR personnel and handled time keeping department.
