Profile Description

6+ years of hands-on experience managing and growing brands.

Responsibilities from previous work:

Create, update, and optimize Online Marketplace places Amazon, Target, Walmart product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords. 
Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment. Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon policies.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the e-commerce team. 
Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics. 
Knowledge of SEO best practices for Amazon listings. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including Amazon Sponsored Products and other PPC initiatives.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly through Amazon's messaging system. 
Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience. 
Process returns and refunds in accordance with company policies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant digital tools. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
