I am a Versatile Virtual Assistant consistently demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills in various daily situations. Adept at maintaining a high level of confidentiality for clients while efficiently completing assigned tasks. Routinely maintaining a professional sound while acting in a respectful manner towards clients and delegating tasks as necessary to maintain efficiency.

I have undergone training as a Virtual Assistant in a Real Estate company. We reached out to clients and ask if they have a property to sell and negotiate with them.

I was a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company for inbound calls that deals with customer's concerns regarding their mobile phone and airtime issues.

And I was also an Outreach Consultant Specialist for a BPO company for 3 years that does inbound and outbound calls. Where we contact medical facilities to request medical records for a review. I am a full-time freelancer and can work Australian, UK or U.S. business hours. I am more than willing to be trained and always available for an interview at your earliest convenience.
