have worked as a customer service associate for 10 years. Mostly with interaction with different English-speaking people and mostly with Americans. I am highly competent and
flexible. In fact, I observe versatility since I deal with almost all

for termination of policies and stopping bank drafts. I am
amenable to whatever personality a customer has that needs my
assistance. I have also attended training relevant to my job. We
primarily provide satisfaction to customers, cater quality customer
