Hi there, good day!
I've worked as a market research interviewer in a BPO company for almost 2 years. I also had 1 year experience in telemarketing and appointment setting. I was cold-calling potential clients for real estate for a year. Also experienced e-commerce such as; Facebook ads management, customer support at Shopify and product management. I also worked as an account manager for an organization and as a case manager of a client's therapy. A little bit more about me is that I am best at working with basic Microsoft Office tools like MS Word and Excel and the famous Google Excel. Experienced CRM Software such as GoHighlevel, ZoHo CRM, HubSpot, TeamViewer, Asana, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Zendesk, RealtyJuggler and other paid websites used by my clients in lead build-up.
Moreover, I am available to work full-time anytime. I believe I am capable of doing the job because I have good English communication skills -- verbal and written. Aside from my experiences, I am highly trainable and loved learning new tasks.
Technically, I have a good working core i5 MacBook Pro with a 200 Mbps Converge wireless connection and a noise-canceling headset. As per daily responsibilities, I am single, not even in a relationship, and have no children. Sure thing there's no disturbances at work. I pay full attention to my daily tasks. My environment is conducive enough to this kind of work.
