1. Design of Sheet Metal and Plastic Injection parts (3D/2D) from concept design to mass production.
2. Research and development for new product opportunities, including detailed product development studies.
3. Stress, tolerance, and detailed analysis (e.g., center of gravity and mass calculations) using CAD.
4. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
5. Electrical and mechanical checks to meet safety standards and prevent assembly interferences, including 3D/2D cabling design and routing.
6. Conducting design reviews to enhance and resolve design-related challenges.
7. Partnering with suppliers to ensure actual parts align with design specifications.
8. Providing cost estimates for new products and projects.
9. Creation and management of Bills of Materials (BOM) for new and sustaining projects.
